For hormonal support, spray on the tummy or hips; for headaches, apply to the back of the neck or temples. Use 2 - 6 sprays daily for adults or 2 - 3 for children over five. Some will experience tingling at first - this is perfectly normal and usually subsides within 5 to 20 minutes. As your magnesium levels increase and your body adjusts, this sensation often disappears. If needed, dilute 1:1 with water and build up use gradually. Increase frequency as your body permits and use daily to maintain healthy magnesium levels. Orange essential oil can cause phototoxicity if applied before exposure to sun. Test patch first and wait 12 hours before exposure.
