How To Use Topical Magnesium

How to apply topical magnesium

Sleep

Massage Lavender Magnesium Body Butter or Magnesium Oil into the soles of your feet before bed. This is especially effective after a hot bath or shower when your pores are open.

 Headache

Massage Magnesium Body Butter or Magnesium Oil into the shoulders and top of the spine. Gently rub into the temples as well. Use as often as needed.

Anxiety and Hot Flushes

Spray Magnesium Oil onto your tummy and rub it in to help reduce feelings of anxiety and hot flushes. Use several times a day as needed.

Period Pain.

Rub Magnesium Body Butter into your hips, lower abdomen and lower back. Use several times a day as needed to help reduce PMS symptoms and painful period cramps.

Muscle Pain and Recovery

Massage Magnesium Oil or Magnesium Body Butter directly into sore muscles to reduce aches and pains and to de-cramp muscles. Use as often as needed.

Restless Legs
