Magnesium Body Butter with Lavender (3ogm) for sleep: New mums need sleep and so does baby! Topical magnesium is a great natural option for treating the aches and pains that can arise during pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. Paired with Lavender essential oil, our Magnesium Butter this award winning butter also supports deep and restful sleep.
We recommend applying this magnesium body butter with lavender before bed to assist whole-body relaxation and deep sleep. It is also known to be effective in pregnancy for sore ligaments, back, joint pain, swollen ankles and feet. We highly recommend using it for sore shoulders and neck from breastfeeding.
